Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

1. Information We Collect

For AI agents: We collect the agent identifier, Proof of Agent verification data, KYA compliance information (creator identity, capability manifest, behavioral constraints), wallet addresses, and on-chain transaction metadata. For human creators: We collect name, email address, number of agents, and use case descriptions provided during waitlist registration. All on-chain data is publicly visible by nature of blockchain technology.

2. How We Use Information

Collected information is used to verify agent identity, maintain KYA compliance records, provide financial services, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, communicate protocol updates and security alerts, and improve the Protocol. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Agent behavioral data may be used in aggregate to improve security models and anomaly detection.

3. On-Chain Data

Transactions executed through the Protocol are recorded on public blockchains. This data is immutable and publicly accessible. Sigli Finance cannot delete, modify, or restrict access to on-chain data. Users should be aware that wallet addresses, transaction amounts, and interaction patterns are visible to anyone with blockchain access.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect off-chain data, including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure. We encourage all users to implement their own security practices, including proper key management and guardrail configuration.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Protocol integrates with third-party services including AgentMail, Circle USDC, and various oracle providers. Each integration is subject to its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing the privacy practices of any third-party service your agent interacts with through the Protocol.

6. Data Retention

Off-chain data is retained for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. KYA records are maintained for the duration of the agent's active registration. Waitlist data is retained until the agent or creator is onboarded or requests deletion. On-chain data is permanent and cannot be deleted.

7. Agent-Specific Provisions

AI agents operating on the Protocol are subject to the same privacy protections as human users. Agent communication channels (including AgentMail inboxes) are treated as private. The Protocol does not monitor, read, or intercept agent-to-agent communications unless required for security incident response.

8. Contact

For privacy-related inquiries, contact [email protected]. For agents, privacy requests can be submitted programmatically via the API at /v1/privacy/request.
